Recent Purchase Experience I had been looking online for a vehicle for some time now and this past Tuesday I had decided to get out and look. I came to Hennessy JLR Buckhead bec I had been looking online for a vehicle for some time now and this past Tuesday I had decided to get out and look. I came to Hennessy JLR Buckhead because I had set my heart on a Range Rover but needed to finally drive it and decide on a model. When my daughter an I arrived we parked and began looking at the available inventory. We walked from one side to the other and not one person came to greet or assist in any way. We continued then Craig Giddens who was already helping another gentleman asked was anyone assisting us I replied no and he said if we didn’t mind we could tag along as he was explaining some things to the other customer so we did. He went to finish up with the other customer and just when we were leaving other sales associates after seeing us follow Craig and the gentleman around now wanted to acknowledge us. I declined an as we were headed to the car to leave Craig approached and asked if we had any questions or if I had seen something that I was interested. We didn’t see anything just walking around but he offered to go through inventory on the computer and that made all the difference. He took the time to listen to our wants and needs in the car narrowed down the search and we found 3 vehicles. First one was sold the 2nd another sales associate had the keys and the 3rd I wasn’t in love with so we declined. Craig had been gone for a while but when he returned he said he had been working for us and that he had found our car. I was reluctant but he had did just that. I knew when my daughter an I had sat in the car that this was it. We test drove it and decided that this was in fact the car for us. Craig was an extremely diligent in helping us find out car. Craig was very personable and professional throughout the purchase process and I would most certainly refer/recommend him. Let’s not leave out that he left me in the hands of the best finance department specialist Rick Robbins who also was of huge assistance during this process. Thanks again guys you were awesome. Easy to buy from, BUT will NOT solve issues I have hesitated to write a review as I was hoping that they would finally do the right thing and at least return calls to correct an issue. Bought a preowned 2 year old vehicle, and was assured that I would receive it with all checks done brakes, tires and in pristine condition. Also purchased their “best ever, covers EVERYTHING” easy care policy. Got it and tho it looked clean inside, found tons of previous owners belonging and rotten orange peels wedged in the foldaway seats. Had to have brakes and tires replaced, but should have noticed red flags right then. A couple of times it took 2 or 3 attempts To close the doors, and then, with my babies in the car, the doors would not close. The wiring harness had obviously had severe water damage,and the wonderful “COVERS EVERYTHING policy doesn’t cover corrosion. Tried to return the vehicle but Couldn’t get ANYONE to speak to and NO ONE will return a call in a timely fashion. I had to trade in this Vehicle after less than a month, at a huge loss because I needed something reliable. I have as yet been unsuccessful in canceling the policy. This has been a very expensive nightmare for us, all thanks to them not living up to their claims. More
