Without a doubt, both gentleman have been the best sales people we have dealt with in many years. From our first call both were professional and responded to us quickly regarding our Evoque we were interested in. They worked well with us to discuss our needs and quickly followed through with everything we wanted at the dealership. We drove about an hour from where we live to meet with Mike because we felt he had the integrity we were looking for in a sales person and it was worth our while. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he delivered on our expectations, right through to the delivery of our shiny, new Range Rover Evoque as well as subsequent follow-up to ensure we were happy customers. We sincerely hope Land Rover of Jacksonville (and all of Land Rover) will work to hire employees like Mike and Ken to represent the excellence of land Rover. The exception experience we have experienced at this location is beyond our expectations. More
