I came across exactly the type of car I was looking for online but these guys were about 120 miles from my house. Tough proposition but I decided to give a call. I reached Jean-Paul in sales and explained our situation. He couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. He said he’d hold the vehicle while we travel 3 hours by train to NYC. When we arrived he had the car detailed, top open and ready to be appreciated. The price was so good it made no sense to negotiate; 2019 Mercedes E450 Cabriolet with 8100 miles (not a typo). The car was new. Jean-Paul and his finance manager Craig Dotoli got us driving off the lot so quickly we thought for sure we forgot something. From the time we walked in to drove off was maybe 30 minutes, painlessly I might add. We were very impressed with their operation and service. The icing on the cake arrived 2 days after we bought the vehicle. We got a FedEx package with what was believed to be a missing second key. They got the key from the previous owner and overnighted it to us, saving us $500 to buy a new one. I highly recommend this dealership and their outstanding professionalism. My experience with Manhattan Range Rover was a surprise and a pleasure. My original intention was to get repairs done for my 13 year old Range Rover Sport. I called and hooked up with a salesperson named J and a pleasure. My original intention was to get repairs done for my 13 year old Range Rover Sport. I called and hooked up with a salesperson named Jermaine Velasco. Being that it was Christmas weekend there was a limited hours and staff. I dropped my older car to get repaired and started to converse with Jermaine at the shop. With his knowledge and honesty one thing led to another. Jermaine convinced me and I ended up purchasing a new Range Rover Sport! I am so glad that I listened to Jermaine’s advice in purchasing the new car.
