These people are big time CROOKS and LIARS. Dropped off my car for the second time to get some faults corrected caused by JLD. Bill comes out to $6000+ again. Take note: These faults made by the JLD. Then come to find out they broke my side mirror and wanted me to xxxxen pay for it!!!!??!!! ARE YOU xxxxING KIDDING ME?!?!?! The service of my Jaguar Fpace at Jaguar Manhatten is the worst experience I have ever encountered. I had 4 new tires, brakes, rotors, pads and windshield wipers replaced. This was a very expensive endeavor but I trusted there service from previous experiences. When my car was returned to me, I was missing my weathertech trunk liner, Yetti cooler and snow brush. Ive been in contact with the service manager Ben and service rep Catherine. There has been no urgency or care to rectify my stolen property. The service department should be ashamed. It's never fun when something goes wrong with your car and you need to bring it in for service. So when it happens, you want the right people on your side. People who are as professional as they are p and you need to bring it in for service. So when it happens, you want the right people on your side. People who are as professional as they are pleasant to work with. People who have your back throughout the process. Marcelo Gloria over at Manhattan Land Rover is one such person. He was friendly, fair, and, without fail, genuinely ready to help, including giving me his personal cell number to call him directly with questions. He and his team — people like Catherine Vasquez and Slava (the most meticulous engineer I've ever had the pleasure to meet) and so many others — make the service department run like a well-oiled machine. They communicate what's happening so you're never guessing. And they are as accommodating as can be while you wait (they even offered me an office where I could work). It's clear they all take pride in what they do, going above and beyond to make their customers happy. Marcelo and his team are a big reason I will lease again with Manhattan Land Rover. They are the real deal — committed to making a real difference in turning what could be an inconvenient visit to the service department into a pleasurable experience. Thank you, Marcelo & team.
