I came across exactly the type of car I was looking for online but these guys were about 120 miles from my house. Tough proposition but I decided to give a call. I reached Jean-Paul in sales and explained our situation. He couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. He said he’d hold the vehicle while we travel 3 hours by train to NYC. When we arrived he had the car detailed, top open and ready to be appreciated. The price was so good it made no sense to negotiate; 2019 Mercedes E450 Cabriolet with 8100 miles (not a typo). The car was new. Jean-Paul and his finance manager Craig Dotoli got us driving off the lot so quickly we thought for sure we forgot something. From the time we walked in to drove off was maybe 30 minutes, painlessly I might add. We were very impressed with their operation and service. The icing on the cake arrived 2 days after we bought the vehicle. We got a FedEx package with what was believed to be a missing second key. They got the key from the previous owner and overnighted it to us, saving us $500 to buy a new one. I highly recommend this dealership and their outstanding professionalism.
