If you don’t purchase here they have no interest in you I took my Range Rover here less than 30 days after purchasing it from a different Jaguar Land Rover dealership. The first thing they did was look me up and down and ask me several times where I purchased the vehicle. I had all my paperwork and prof of sale plus my warranty information and they still weren’t eager to help me. They advised me to take it back to the dealership I purchased from. The worst part of all of this is I had to wait 3 weeks for this appointment for them to offer me no help! This is not my first luxury vehicle but this is the first time I have taken my vehicle to an actual dealer and they did not give the expected level of customer service one received with this kind of vehicle. They treated me as if I bought the car from a used car dealership on the side of the road! Not once did they offer me a loaner while they looked at it or even come out and physically look at what I was saying. I then drove 30 miles to the dealership that sold me the car that JLR Manhattan said would be able to look at it to find out their service department was closed! The irony is there was another couple there that had also been sent there by JLR Manhattan after refusing to look at their service needs for the same reason “we didn’t sell you the vehicle” Once I arrived at the dealership although the service department was closed heyvimmediately came out to see what I was speaking about. They put me in a loaner and kept the vehicle in the service department to get it looked at. I had heard JLR Manhattan could be discriminatory however I thought it would be more orevelabt in sales not servicing! I would never recommend anyone going to this dealership!!! More

Great service I recently brought my Jaguar in for service and the team was fantastic. They quickly got my vehicle checked in and I was out doing my thing. We made him an offer and it was accepted. We didn't have to haggle or go back and forth for days. It was all ridiculously simple and smooth. We feel like we got an excellent deal which makes the whole thing even better. The paperwork was sent over quickly and the deal was done within a day or so. We flew to NYC to pick it up and it was exactly as described, no hidden surprises. Everything was ready to go. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. We will definitely be back in the future. If you want a great deal and excellent service ask for Robert. More

Don't get ripped off by this dealer Worst service, over priced and a total ripoff. Dropped the car off for some error message and they didn't bother doing what I asked. They wanted a $35 Worst service, over priced and a total ripoff. Dropped the car off for some error message and they didn't bother doing what I asked. They wanted a $3500 to replace a water pump, I was told that it requires 9 hours to do the work witch it is ridiculous. I was told that it was very difficult work to be done. I ended up buying all the parts that was needed to do the work, water pump, inlet pipe, two O ring gasket for less then $290 from a Range Rover dealer and got the work done by my self and toke me 2 hours to complet. I am not a mechanic but I do have some mechanical experience as I have worked on other cars. More
Third world countries provide better service The WORST service possible. This is my third experience with them. Dropped the F-Pace off for a scheduled service by 8 am. Was told service manager would be in later and would call to confirm issues. 2 pm now and have called and left message for service manager - no call back. Called reception again who says I can only speak to service manager but she is busy. Can't even tell me if car is being worked on or if it will be ready by end of day. Last time it took 3 days for them to fix minor issues. Just after buying the car, had crazy smell of something burning making my family sick. They said "it must be some plastic wrap burning". Turns out - after googling "burning smell in F-Pace" - the internet is lit up with differential fluid leaks in new F-Pace's. Service advisor had no idea. Replaced the differential within 15 days of picking up new car. This service is the worst possible - third world countries provide better service - never again to this place!! All other reviews HAVE to be fake. More

We negotiated a fair price and he delivered an awesome car. Steven took time to go though the rover w me after delivery and we set up to my specifications. I don’t write reviews often. But the experience here was excellent. I look forward to recommending Steven to my pals. 5 star experience. More
