Even though the dealership was incredibly busy, many employees greeted us when we arrived and made sure we were receiving the attention we needed. Cory quickly rounded up the demos for us to drive, was very knowledgeable about the details we were interested in and kept our trade-in and buying process moving swiftly. We purchased a Discovery Sport and love it!! So glad we made the four hour trip from Sioux Falls. Everyone we encountered at the dealership made us feel welcome and they were all experts in their field. More

A woman of color I am a woman of color. I had questions on what I was being charged for, and I was talk down on like I was illiterate. I was never aware that I had any I am a woman of color. I believe they are not used to dealing with people of color and I had the worst customer service experience ever. My sister-in-law has also used their service in the past and had a few encounters with them as well. I truly believe this need to be addressed. Thanks again More

Annual service done promtly, but tried to stiff me on The annual service process is fairly smooth at Jaguar Land Rover Minneapolis, but if you are coming from out of town and have already let them know of The annual service process is fairly smooth at Jaguar Land Rover Minneapolis, but if you are coming from out of town and have already let them know of other issues a few weeks in advance, they still can't get parts same day to make repairs. A big negative I ran into that wasn't related to service, is that they didn't give me a referal credit for a referral my wife sent in December. They bought a 2018 Range Rover Sport HSE and told the salesman we referred them. We had done the same about 3 years ago and received a $1000 credit. I spoke to the sales manager and he collected all of the information from me, and said he would call me. He called the people to verify that they told the sales person we referred them. I did not receive a call from him, even though the referral had been verified. When I stopped back to pick up my Range Rover Sport HSE about 4 hours later, I asked the cashier to check on the credit. 10 minutes later I ran into the sales manager and he said he was working on it and needed a few minutes. 5 minutes later the same. 10 minutes later the cashier told me I received a $500 referral credit. By that time I just wanted to get out of there, so I didn't ask why it was only 1/2 the credit I received 3 years ago for a referral that bought an Evoque - which is less expensive. I feel like they tried to pull a fast one on me. More
