Great service! I had my 2012 XF in service for several days for what it looked to be a battery issue and the scheduled annual maintenance. While nothing was initiall I had my 2012 XF in service for several days for what it looked to be a battery issue and the scheduled annual maintenance. While nothing was initially found with the battery or the electrical system, the car was kept for couple more days for additional testing. In the end the issue was with the smart key. Overall it was the type of service I was expecting. Excellent. The facility itself is top notch and everybody very professional. More

Jerome, service advisor was more than helpful & his service was better from my last visit. Overall employees are not friendly, seem to always be upset, unhappy, and need to be more personable and smile to customers. Definitely not the service that I expect from Land Rover! Whenever I drop my husbands car to Mercedes they greet me from outside the door and make me feel welcomed and like a true valued customer. Land Rover should take some tips from Mercedes on customer experience. More
