We actually stopped at this location on Saturday, November 25, 2023. We dealt with a fine young man named Timothy Cash. We drove an hour and a half as the website said they had 8 Range Rover Sports i November 25, 2023. We dealt with a fine young man named Timothy Cash. We drove an hour and a half as the website said they had 8 Range Rover Sports in stock, but in reality they didn't have any available as 5 were sold and 3 would arrive next month. We were really searching for a Range Rover, but have been told they are about a year out. They had a RR Sport that was just traded in. We test drove it as there aren't any Range Rovers available. We were not only disappointed in the fact that there truly weren't 8 Range Rover Sports available which felt a bit like false advertising, but also in the amount in trade they were offering on our 2020 Range Rover with 40,900 miles on it. They weren't willing to negotiate as there just aren't any Range Rovers available so I suppose they felt like they didn't need to negotiate. I guess we feel since we have owned 3 Range Rovers in the past and wanted to purchase our fourth, we have done our part in helping Range Rover get to where they are today. Honestly, we didn't feel any customer loyalty. We actually went to BMW Motorwerks and purchased a 2024 X7 M60i. They gave us $5,000.00 more for our trade and negotiated the sticker price down. I know this isn't Tim Cash's fault, but maybe management/ownership would want to know unless they don't really care. More
