Service excellent but expensive Service department was friendly and efficient. Appointment was easy to make online. Work (1 year routine service) was completed on time. The only downside is Land Rover service is very expensive- about $500 which I didn't like but expected. Not much I can do about that if you want to go to a dealer-- which you basically have to do in order to obtain the latest software upgrades. More

Great major mile service Took my 2010 LR2 in for the 90,000 and the work performed was less than quoted by Adam Nelson. The car came back brilliant. Mediocre experience with service consultant I have been taking myh husband’s Range Rover here for service for a few years now, the facility is nice, but I did not have a very pleasant service co I have been taking myh husband’s Range Rover here for service for a few years now, the facility is nice, but I did not have a very pleasant service consultant this last visit. He was somewhat abrupt, and not especially discerning to me. It may have been just my perception this day, but it was a less than pleasant experience. More

He promised to update me on progress by phone over several days, and did exactly that. He made promises and kept them which was much appreciated. The actual cost was also a little lower than originally indicated, a nice surprise! More
Great experience Service was great from the minute you pull in. Friendly staff greet you right away and sit down with you to discuss the issue with your car.
