Above And Beyond I bought a certified 2013 Jaguar XJ from another authorized Jaguar dealer that was out of the area. During the 300 mile drive back to naples I discove I bought a certified 2013 Jaguar XJ from another authorized Jaguar dealer that was out of the area. During the 300 mile drive back to naples I discovered several items that were missed during the selling dealers pre certification inspection. The most troubling of the issues was rust on the sunroof frame. A friend of mine who services his Jaguar at Naples Jaguar introduced me to Craig the servide manager who treated me as if I had bought the car from them. Craig contacted the Jaguar regional manager and the selling dealership and worked diligently to get all of the repairs covered even though they were non covered warranty items. All told the repairs exceeded $7000. In addition to the items I discovered the service deptment found an oil pan leak I didn't know about and covered that also. Throughout the proccess my service advisor Sergio kept me well informed of the progress. I can't thank Naples Jaguar enough. This was truly an above and beyond experience!! More
