Service department is totally on the ball! I had my F type in for annual service, missed the 30 day window (my fault) and Luke Woodman went above and beyond to take care of my car. Needed some minor wheel repair, Luke went to bat for me with the 3rd party warranty company and got me fixed up as good as new. Also, I bought my car from these guys because their sales department listens. I explained what I was looking for, they had it and made me a very fair deal with no hassle. My local dealership tried to force cars on me that they had on the lot, even after I specified exactly what I wanted. Not so at Newport. I asked, they delivered. I've bought a lot of cars over the years and I have never been treated better than here. Very pleased with these guys. More

I was impressed by the politenesss and knowledge demonstrated on the phone. When I got to the dealership, I was shown a few cars which met my interest. Dave, the salesman, answered questions intelligently and patiently. A test drive ensued. The endless paper work went as efficiently and comfortably as possible, and the whole event took two and a half hours, which was much better than any previous purchase. He was very patient on our inquiries and was also very aggressive in getting us good financing on our loan. As well , with every new luxury car, the functions are beyond our knowledge. This dealer offered in house service where they had send Armando to our house. Armando was very detailed and had shown us all the ‘needed’ and useful features that were offered with this car. Up to now , if I have any questions on any of the functions, I would still text Armando and he would respond right away. Both of these gentlemen is part of what makes this dealer shine. More

I came in on a Saturday to lease a car and all sales people where t I wish I can give them zero stars for the horrible customer service they provided. I came in on a Saturday to lease a car and all sales people where too busy to help. I came back again the next day (Sunday) towards closing and there were at least 3-5 sales people that threw me around to each other because they didn’t want to help. If they took 1 minute out of their day to address me: they would’ve found out that I was dropped off via Uber there both days so I can drive my new car home. I will be going to Mission Viejo Land Rover tomorrow and lease from them. I’ve leased my last 2 range rovers from Mission Viejo and customer service was outstanding! Much better than what I’ve experienced here at Newport Beach! Not even ONE salesman wanted to address what I needed! More
