Not at Jaguar Newport Beach! 2 years ago I communicated with them about an XF and calmly easily I made a deal over the phone. Once I went all the way over from Hollywood, it was ready for me to test and sign and drive off. The expreience was hassle free and pleasant. Nina Galateanu one of their sales managers helped me promptly and politely so now, in search of upgrading to the XJ, I emailed Nina again, and communication yet again was efficient and pleasant. While I was in Eruope for a job, a great deal on an XJ came and went. But Nina kept in touch until I returned, and pulled some magic as she found a VIP Demo XJ that she was able to sell me for a killer deal! We spoke about the deal over the internet, and as I showed up, it was all ready for me. They kept their word, set me up perfectly and within 2 hours I was driving off to a restaurant nearby to celebrate with a gorgeous new vehicle! It went so smoothly and pleasantly that it keeps car buying fun and exciting just like it should be! Thank you Nina! More

Went just to look, left happy with a great car and deal I visited the dealership to test drive an F-Type convertible. It was my first visit to see this car, and I had no intention of buying for a couple of I visited the dealership to test drive an F-Type convertible. It was my first visit to see this car, and I had no intention of buying for a couple of months. Rich helped me that day, accompanying first me and then my 22 year old son (and car consultant) on a test drive. Rich was knowledgeable, relaxed, and not pushy. I loved the car, and then loved the lease price he offered just as much. With incentives from Jaguar, the monthly payment was less than that of my Porsche, which had a lower price. There was a model in the showroom that was stunning, with beautiful colors, great leather finishes, and other upgrades. Rich gave me the price for the lease, far lower than what I had expected. It truly became a no-brainer: an awesome car for a very affordable price, with all service included and warranty throughout. Even though I was going just to look, I bought the car on the spot. Despite my general inclination to "do my due diligence" and check other dealers and prices, I didn't think that was necessary at all. The lease papers were handled quickly while the car was detailed to perfection, and I drove home in my amazing new car that evening. I've had it for 5 days now, and love it more each day. I've since been contacted to see if I'd like a representative to come to my home (or anywhere I'd like) to go over all the details of the car with me. More
