I I recently had the pleasure of working with Jason V. , an Encore Specialist at Land Rover Newport Beach, and I cannot recommend his services enough. To my surprise, Jason went above and beyond—he offered to come take care of the issue in person. From the time I made the call to when he arrived was an impressive 20 minutes. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns and then clearly and patiently walked me through the solution. In addition to resolving the issue, Jason took the initiative to update the vehicle’s software, ensuring everything was running smoothly. He even returned a couple of hours later to double-check that all was as it should be. Jason's customer service was exceptional—his demeanor was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
