We had very specific requirements for our new Range Rover Sport, and Ted spent several weeks looking for a model that fit what we wanted. The one he ultimately found was almost exactly what we wanted except for the wheels. The dealership wanted us to be completely satisfied so we worked out an arrangement where they would swap the wheels which they did. There was a minor snag at that point. The new wheels we asked for didn’t fit our car. It took about a week to sort it out with other wheels, but Ted, Dana, and the service department kept us very informed on the progress, and it turned out great! Besides keeping us informed Dana even hand-delivered gifts to our house to show they appreciated our patience. Wow! Never had a dealer do that before. Everyone went out of their way to make us happy. And it worked! More
