Worst dealer ever. I have had all luxury brands and even Range Rovers in Miami, this Ocala dealer its the perfect example of how a dealer can affect a whole almost perf I have had all luxury brands and even Range Rovers in Miami, this Ocala dealer its the perfect example of how a dealer can affect a whole almost perfect name like Land Rover. When I say almost its because Ocala Land Rover limit the possibility to be perfect. They sold me a certified pre-owned Range Rover NEVER CERTIFIED and confirmed by them that was never certified or even serviced. So I escalated and the “owner” of the dealers authorized to return unit and I could choose another one, so I trusted in them and their explanation but 1 year later when reviewing taxes I noticed that I received a check from the dealer with no explanation on paystub , no letter , no calls. So at the end, they never exchanged as promised, they took the range as a trade in, with normal taxes and upside down!!! I bought 2 cars in a month!! Can you imagine my upside down and the consequences of this? They with words offered me what I needed fairly and to meet Land Rover standards of customer experience but they just scammed me, they stole my money and the GM sean dont even know what the check its about and dont know how to search for it!! Can you imagine? I spoke with the former sales agent that sold me the Cars and he told me all the history and this dealer its cracking from the inside. He blamed specially Sean the GM of Sales. I cant even write in a book the description from the sales guy about Sean. At the end this week I have been trying to show him how they scammed and lied to me but as usual, with smiles and beautiful words , they just hitted hard my pocket, my emotions, my experience, my mental health. I will escalate but please, no matter if you need to drive 24 hours or flight to other state or city… DONT FALL IN THE CLAWS OF LAND ROVER OCALA… You have been warned. Im gonna open a report with BBB, consumer protection, bad reviews everywhere, among many others. I ll do my best effort to spread this, specially when I was able to confirm by the former sales agent that sold me the units, that all this is true. i visited Land Rover of Ocala with my Wife to test drive a Chevy Volt on the Pre-Owned lot and was greeted warmly by Haylie. We purchased the Volt and Haylie was excellent throughout.
