Bought my first Jaguar from this. This dealer not only gave me a great deal they made my lease agreement with Chase very solid. The salesman, Hans, didn't have me waiting for what I needed for longer than gave me a great deal they made my lease agreement with Chase very solid. The salesman, Hans, didn't have me waiting for what I needed for longer than seconds. They were able to even get me the color I wanted within 24 hours via a dealer swap. After I got the car, I spent about 10k of upgrades to be installed after I took delivery. The service department would always keep my car inside and when I got it back, it was always detailed, washed, and waxed, the car would always come out of service looking better than I got it new. It's been 3 years and the paint is still like glass. More

I have dealt with high end car dealers for a very long time and I can say that I have never witnessed ANY sales representative treat their customers as well as Silvio Guzman treated my family. He is more than just a sales guide trying to make a deal and for that simple reason I'd like to consider myself a loyal customer to this dealer and to the brand. Going into this new purchase we were quite undecided as to which vehicle would accommodate our needs properly as we have two new additions to our family and needed some extra room for traveling. Keeping that in mind, Silvio introduced us to the LR4. He was very thorough in his explination of the vehicle and he proved his expertise and knowledge base of Land Rover products. This made the decision process quite simple for us and after a nice test drive we were proud owners of our first Land Rover product, a brand new LR4. The vehicle is just amazing. The handling of this vehicle is just unbeliveable, you do not feel like you are driving a "boxy" design at all!! I can honestly say, I can not wait until the lease is up on my other vehicle so I can trade it in for a Range Rover Sport... He made us feel at ease and confident in our decision to purchase the LR4, he demonstrated all the benefits of the vehicle and answered all our questions with clear and precise explanation. We are very happy with our new car and with the fact that we purchased it from Silvio and Land rover of Parsippany. The entire staff seemed to be friendly and knowledgeable especially the sales manager Mike. And when it comes to a service department, you can count on Jim Scott's group to make sure your truck is in top shape.
