I had been looking for a Certified Preowned Range Rover in my State and was having trouble finding anything worth while buying. I decided to expand my search and came upon the Paul Miller website where i f in my State and was having trouble finding anything worth while buying. I called in and spoke to Silvio who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I explained my situation to him at which time he reassured me that if i came in to the dealership i would not be disappointed. After a few calls back and forth i decided to pay them a visit. He was right, i was treated very well, Mike Galle the Sales Manager appraised my car that i was trading, at first i was not happy with the number he put on it, so he got on the phone, called around and was able to get more for my car. He sat with me and did not get up until we were able to make a deal to my liking. He was very professional and made me feel that my business was well appreciated by the dealership. Silvio was able to get all the paperwork done and i was able to drive my new (CPO) car home that same day. The one and a half hour ride there was not wasted time, but time well spent.
