State Inspection and Oil Change When I had the state Inspection done on my Discovery the technition removed the old sticker and left the old glue residue on the windshield. Very poor service for a luxury vehicle. After performing a oil change on my next service which was scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance we were told that they had at least a 1 hour wait to wash the vehicle. After spending over $160 for an oil change the car wash should have been scheduled along with the oil change and there should not have been a back log for the car wash. I have owned BMW Lexus Mercedes and have never been told I had to wait to get my car washed. Maybe combining both Land Rover and Jaguar has overwhelmed your service department! More
