Absolutely the WORST customer service experience I have ever had from a dealership, especially from a “luxury” brand like Land Rover. I honestly don’t even know where to begin because the entire situation was handled so poorly from start to finish. First of all, my service advisor, Victor, could not even properly explain to me WHY my vehicle overheated in the first place. We are talking about a vehicle that is practically NEW only two years old and somehow it suddenly overheats out of nowhere. Their explanation was basically that something happened with the cooler system and that it was “very rare” and “almost never happens.” So if even the dealership supposedly doesn’t understand how this happened, how am I supposed to feel confident driving this vehicle again? What’s ironic is how DIFFERENT they treat you when you are buying or leasing a car. When they want your business, everyone is so nice, respectful, attentive, and professional. They make you feel valued. But the SECOND the paperwork is signed and the deal is done, the treatment completely changes. Once they already have your money, you suddenly become unimportant. That is exactly what happened to me. They kept my vehicle for TWO AND A HALF WEEKS and never once offered me a loaner vehicle. Not once. I had to figure everything out on my own. Thankfully my husband and I have extra vehicles at home because otherwise this would have been an even bigger nightmare. Then after being out of the country, I rushed to pick up my vehicle as soon as I returned, only to receive it back almost EMPTY on gas. I left my vehicle with over 165 miles of gas range and they returned it to me with only 40 miles left. When I questioned them about it, instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, they acted annoyed and dismissive. Their explanation was that the gas was used because they had to “drive it and test it.” Excuse me? What kind of explanation is that? Then they sarcastically tell me: “But it’s only 10 miles to Cimarron.” That is NOT the point. If I leave my vehicle with a certain amount of gas, it should be returned reasonably close to the same amount. Especially after keeping it for almost three weeks and giving me ZERO accommodations the entire time. And what made the situation even more ridiculous is that I told them I had rushed there and didn’t even bring my purse with me, so I couldn’t immediately stop to get gas. I even offered to send money through CashApp so someone could simply put gas in the vehicle for me. And they STILL refused to help. That level of bad customer service is honestly unbelievable. Then on top of everything else, they tried to tell me they were charging storage fees for the vehicle being there. Yet nobody ever properly informed me about any fees. No email. No text message. No voicemail. Nothing. Their excuse was “we called and nobody answered.” Well yes, because I was OUT OF THE COUNTRY. That does not excuse the lack of communication. What truly disappoints me is that my family has been loyal customers here for YEARS. My husband and I have leased multiple vehicles from this dealership. My uncles are customers here. Even my child’s grandparents are customers here. And THIS is how loyal customers are treated? Honestly, I cannot wait for these leases to end because I will NEVER purchase or lease another vehicle from this dealership again. This Land Rover location in San Juan has consistently been the most unpleasant dealership experience. Maybe other Land Rover dealerships have better staff and actually care about customer service, but this location absolutely does not. I genuinely hope nobody else has to go through the frustration, disrespect, lack of communication, and horrible customer service that I experienced here. Completely unacceptable. Worst service ever. ⭐ Low Opinion Review – Land Rover San Juan This review is about our experience purchasing a 2024 Range Rover Evoque from Land Rover San Juan. We were choosing between this vehicle and a Maserati. We we is about our experience purchasing a 2024 Range Rover Evoque from Land Rover San Juan. We were choosing between this vehicle and a Maserati. We went with the Evoque because we discovered another dealer had used white putty to cover damage, which immediately raised red flags. We specifically told Land Rover San Juan this was the reason we chose their vehicle. Unfortunately, we later discovered the Evoque had the same issue, which we did not catch initially. We were not allowed to test drive on the expressway, only the frontage road. At low speeds, everything seemed fine. Once we got on the expressway driving home, the car began shaking badly. The brake rotors were defective and had to be replaced after purchase. When the car was returned, the brakes still sounded terrible, like an 18-wheeler stopping. This is especially concerning given the claimed 100+ point inspection, which clearly missed obvious braking issues. There were also scratches and visible putty on a door. The dealership initially agreed to repair them. They later fixed some, but left several scratches we specifically pointed out untouched. After weeks of follow-ups and delays, we were told the remaining issues would not be fixed because the vehicle was sold as-is. Our salesperson even offered to get quotes and cover the cosmetic repairs out of pocket since the dealership refused. That is still pending. Current status: • Brake pedal still feels like it’s grinding • Some scratches remain • Putty remains Thank you for eventually replacing the rotors and brake pads after pushback. Thank you for showing us exactly how much your word is worth. Regarding the 100+ point inspection: next time, try pressing the brake pedal firmly. That alone would have revealed the problem. We will never purchase from Land Rover San Juan again, and we will not do business with any of their partner dealerships. More

Now, this dealership had deemed our vehicle unsafe to drive and the much needed part is on backorder. This dealership will not provide any loaners or rentals. Now, my wife is stuck at work 30 miles away from home and the only thing this dealership told her was to call the corporate number and call an UBER. This is ridiculous. Do not buy a car here unless you're willing to take the risk of being stranded without a vehicle for duration they're fixing it. It blows my mind how they could not provide any loaners or rentals to people who purchase $70,000+ vehicles. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!! More
Worst experience with the service department. Took my range-rover for service and when I went to pick it up the technician had scratch screen. The service manger Maria was so unprofessional and her solution was that they couldn't do anything about it because it wasn't a factory defect and gave me a 1800 number for me to call and explain what had happen. I called the number and operator said that they also couldn't do anything that they didn't fix cars. That what did i want them to do about it that my problem was with the dear-ship and to take it up with the dear-ship. My recommendation if you want a land-rover buy it at san antonio or houston. I don't have the need to deal with those type of people that just want to sell but when you have a problem wont help you or give a solution. Specially when it was their fault what happen to my vehicle. After hours of trying to finalize a deal with a new vehicle, I was told the vehicle had been sold to anoth recommend purchasing with this dealership. My bank had finalized all transactions and was in the process of sending payment to the dealership for the vehicle when I was told the vehicle was no longer available. Victor Silva spoke to my financial institution and gave his word that the vehicle was available for purchase and that no other negotiations were in place. Victor Silva did not hold up to the end of the bargain. I understand there is currently a high demand for vehicles but this should never be standard practice. The car salesman JC Moreno was extremely helpful and professional. Unfortunately, because of Victor Silva, the salesman lost a sale and his commission. More
Purchased a 2022 range rover sport in July. Spent over 100k on vehicle. Been in the the shop for the last month. Extremely unhappy with service. Worst Customer service!!!!! Took my Jaguar F-pace for an oil change and my sunglasses were Stolen. Call to complain and Lady in the phone told me your wasting your time with me complaining you need to speak oil change and my sunglasses were Stolen. That he’s tech guy wasn’t there so he could check the Cameras still tomorrow. And then said so this happen yesterday and you barley notice. Like if I was lying or making the thing up. I mean very rude so basically he couldn’t do anything. Never will I ever buy a car there at San Juan Jaguar planning on trading my vehicle so I don’t have to go there again. More
