I purchased an IPace-the electric vehicle, while I was put with a specialist for this car to go over all of the features which was great. No one went over how to charge my car, what I should charge it to..No one told me what charging station to get or I needed to purchase a home station- which is really disappointing, as I did the paperwork for the car 4 days prior to picking it up. This is my second time purchasing from Zeigler, so this is beyond disappointing that I have to purchase a wheel lock key so I can get my tire replaced. Additionally, it took your company almost 2 weeks to pay my old car off, not the best experience for a repeat customer. More
Exaggerated labor prices, and defective customer service. When receiving back the car asked to get it washed ( they didn’t washed it on their behalf) and after they agreed, they lied that they washed it at t When receiving back the car asked to get it washed ( they didn’t washed it on their behalf) and after they agreed, they lied that they washed it at the same time I saw a guy wiping it with a rag, which made me furious , after asking what’s he doing was answered that their wash bay doesn’t work and he decided to scaratch it with his dirty rag . Insane . Gave 2 stars only for the service representative that worked with me when I brought my car . Otherwise it would be 0 . Totally disappointed. More
