Dishonest, didn't return calls, incomplete everything including CPO paperwork where they didn't have repair orders that are required for CPO work to prove all issues have been corrected. Sent 140K car with one key after I repeatedly confirmed with them it had 2 keys. Car wasn't ready for delivery - twice for no good reason almost 3 weeks after deal was closed. Car arrived with scratches on mirror and wheels despite telling me there were none. I've purchased 12 cars online and NEVER had this bad an experience or dealt with such careless and ultimately dishonest people. After all of this they won't return my calls and i still don't have countersigned paperwork or the title to the car. Unbelievably terrible sales, customer services and overall experience w/ this dealership. I gave them multiple opportunities to salvage the customer experience and they acted like they could not care less. More
