Ruby, the service advisor was excellent, but the tech overfilled the oil and left oily finger prints on hood, door and inside vehicle. Took my car for service and the car has been terrible ever since I got it back. Have taken it back three time. All the lights go on, smell of fumes and they keep saying nothing is wrong. Not sure how i ever since I got it back. Have taken it back three time. All the lights go on, smell of fumes and they keep saying nothing is wrong. Not sure how it’s acceptable to bring a car in three times with engine light, tire light and another light all going in after the annual service. Never had a problem before. I’m at $46,000 miles. I’m sure they will find the problem after the 50k miles warranty expires. More
