By the time I start talking to a sales person I generally have my mind made up about what vehicle I want. But this time I had it narrowed to two. Later that evening she drove up in my driveway with the top down and we were off for a test drive. Afterwards, Wendy sat in my drive and went over every button, knob, lever, we could find with all the patience in the world. The next day Wendy asked for Jim to meet with my husband, Jim and I to discuss price. When we arrived Jim greeted us at the front door and the rest is now history. The Volvo was washed, gased, and programmed. Wendy helped me empty my old car and reviewed all the buttons and knobs---like I was going to remember them. Then she said "If you forget anything we talked about or how something works just call me. " I think she really meant it because she gave me her card! Next, she took our picture by my new Volvo C 70 and later sent them to me with a sweet text message. Holmes European---You have a mighty fine saleslady there. There was very little info on "fair purchase prices" available since it is a new model, but what info I had made me believe that the price we agreed on was a fair deal.
