Nice, relaxed and no pressure. I feel both the salesman and the manager were upfront and did not want to play the usual games that a lot of dealers do. Most of the people were frie I feel both the salesman and the manager were upfront and did not want to play the usual games that a lot of dealers do. Most of the people were friendly and accommodating while we there. One suggestion would be if you offered some assistance with getting familiar with the car being purchased. I bought a couple cars at Reeves and both times, they had someone who was very familiar with the car go over the features. This may be because they carried that brand and you are not a Chevy dealer. Not a big deal, but something to think about when you sell high end off brand cars. If you do not do it for your new cars, than you should definitely consider it. More

I first communicated with Crown via Email and received a very rapid response. A week or so later we visited the dealership and were shown the models we were interested in and taken for a test ride. Our salesperson was Jeff Joiner and you could not find a more amiable, knowledgeable, and professional salesperson anywhere! We ended up purchasing there and Crown delivered our vehicle to the east coast of Florida within a few days.
