The after sale touches of chocolates and Jaguar tire valve dust caps were a lovely bonus! This time we didn't really expect to drive out with a new car, we stopped on the off chance that as previous customers they might do us a deal on an F Pace? It didn't hurt to ask. We were actually heading to a Ford dealership to look at Explorers thinking they'd be cheaper and more in line with our budget. Wrong! But that's another story. So we spoke to Matt who we dealt with last time - his enthusiasm is infectious. We had a price in mind, and they couldn't really get there initially. But Matt and Michal the sales manager wanted the sale and to make us happy and put us in an F Pace, so they came up with an answer. Long story short, we are now in a stunning silver F Pace that's a really great price, and so much better than a more expensive Ford Explorer! We would highly recommend Matt Taneja and Crown Jaguar, and unless something changes, it will always be the first place we go to when in the market for a new vehicle. More

My Five Star Experience I had been looking on line for a new car for a couple weeks. I came across Crown Jaguar by accident. I am so glad I did. I had inquired to several I had been looking on line for a new car for a couple weeks. I came across Crown Jaguar by accident. I am so glad I did. I had inquired to several other new car offers on line. I quickly found out that the on line price and the actually price were not the same. Always thousands higher. This was not the case with Crown Jaguar. Bud Hawkins was the sale person who responded to my on line request. He was very professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable of their inventory and features of the car. He answered all my questions and concerns. I live over 200 miles north of the dealership. He offered to meet me half way to see the car. Once I purchased the car, he delivered it to me and spent a couple hours going over all the features with me. I basically purchased a new car on line which was very disconcerting for me. He relieved my anxieties and made sure I felt comfortable with it. I would highly recommend Crown Jaguar and Bud Hawkins. More

Excellent Experience Crown had a very specific car I was interested in (2016 F-Type S manual) listed online at their dealership. I live in South Carolina, so needless to s Crown had a very specific car I was interested in (2016 F-Type S manual) listed online at their dealership. I live in South Carolina, so needless to say I was unable to see the vehicle prior to the day I went to purchase it. I called the dealership to ask about the car, and they put me in contact with Bud Hawkins. Bud was extremely up front and honest the entire way through the car buying process. There were no gimmicks or playing games with numbers on the car. He kept me informed the whole way through of what he needed from me as a buyer, and offered to go above and beyond as a seller. On the day of arrival Bud picked me up from the airport, and was extremely friendly and courteous the whole way through. Last but not least, Bud had great knowledge of the car that I was buying and was able to give details about anything I wanted to know. All of this made for a great buying experience, and made me confident I was making the right choice despite buying online from another state. I would highly recommend Crown, as well as Bud Hawkins.
