Excellent Customer Service I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Crown Jaguar. I purchased a Jaguar XF R car and the vehicle arrived at my home yesterday. The car is spot I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Crown Jaguar. I purchased a Jaguar XF R car and the vehicle arrived at my home yesterday. The car is spotless with no scratches and has a very clean interior. I never purchased a used car with no scratches. The car looks brand new and I have gotten so many compliments from family and friends. My salesman, Arnis Rudzitis made the buying process so easy! Arnis has great communication skills and he provided excellent customer service by communicating constantly through email, phone and text during the entire buying process. I know that buying a car from a distance away can be stressful, however this was the best long distance shopping experience that I have ever had in purchasing a used car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car at a great price that is well maintained. The entire dealership gave excellent customer service, which includes the finance manager, sales manager and assistant general manager. They will also give you a great offer for your trade.
