Bud made it happen and within a few hours after test driving the car , I became the proud owner. It was effortless and exciting.... I honestly was just at the dealership to look at the vehicles . Maybe test drive one and see if I would consider buying a Jaguar. By the way, Crown Jaguar was one of the very few dealerships that was opened on New Years Eve..so I made the trip from Valrico..and went home with my beautiful Jaguar. More

I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live over a thousand miles away. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Omar Rodriguez, who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said I'd like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. It'll be up front and ready for you when you get here." I can't say enough about Omar as my sales contact. He was outstanding; no slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys, just great, accommodating service. It sounds like a cliché, but we hit it off like this guy’s been my buddy for years. And trust me; I'm a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Omar went above and beyond and also send in Geraldo who happens to be a very wonderful guy to pick me up from the airport when I flew in to have the car inspected. They are absolutely unbelievable! First, Ginger was so eager to work with me to find the perfect fit and took her time to explain all of the car models. She helped me compare and contrast while test driving several models. The best part was that she did not pressure me, yet knew how to follow up in a professional manner. I felt like I had found a friend instead of an obnoxious salesperson who was just wanting to make a deal as quick as possible. I also had the pleasure of speaking to Michal, the manager concerning purchase pricing. Michal was the most straightforward manager I have ever met! He was very approachable and informative. Next, Marc checked us out with all the necessary paperwork and also acted very professional. He made the financial discussion comfortable and thorough. Finally, Tristan came out to my home to explain all of the car features and technology. He was patient and did not mind repeating things I didn’t understand.
