The Best car buying experience EVER! First of all, It makes me nervous going to a car dealership in general, as most women would agree. Well I am Happy to say all my anxieties have been l First of all, It makes me nervous going to a car dealership in general, as most women would agree. Well I am Happy to say all my anxieties have been lifted and this is my reason I give Crown Jaguar a 5 star rating (I would give them more if I could). I stopped by Crown Jaguar just to look at a used car. I never thought I'd run into the kindest, professional and most genuine saleswomen ever; Ginger Falls. My intent wasn't on leaving with a new car but the more I spoke to Ginger she heard my story of why I was even looking in the 1st place. She was patient and spent time listening to me. She also felt bad about my experience with my car. Then she says "Well let's see what we can do for you?" I was skeptical thinking there is NO Way I could possibly get a new car. I felt at ease working with her as I felt absolutely no pressure what so ever. After falling in love with a car Ginger worked with her General Manager, Michal Niezbecki and they found a way to make this car work in my favor. No only did I get to leave with a Jaguar XF, I also felt overwhelmed on how they took care of me. I was actually crying in disbelief. Mr. Niezbecki was also extremely genuine, a gentleman and a true professional as well. Thank you so very much Ginger Falls! Working with you was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Also, Thank you Michal Niezbecki because without you both all would not have been possible. I am so excited to say that I now have friends at Crown Jaguar and I look forward to seeing you upon my visits. More
