Omar listens and delivers! Omar is the best! Having purchased many cars, both new and used, from dealers and private sellers since 1984, I can say without hesitation that this Omar is the best! Having purchased many cars, both new and used, from dealers and private sellers since 1984, I can say without hesitation that this was the best experience I have ever had. I went there looking to possibly purchase a Jag. Omar found me in the parking lot peeking into a used Audi convertible. He asked me what I was looking for in a car and then listened. He told me about a few cars he had in stock. He really knew his inventory and the features and prices. He told me the Jag convertible would not work for me because it was only a two seater, and then he showed me a beautiful BMW 438i with super low miles and a great price. The car had everything on my list, navigation, bluetooth, backup camera, great sound system, and was a hard top convertible. The saddle brown leather was a bonus I was not expecting to find. Even though the car was in the showroom he moved things around so we could go for a drive. I was not disappointed. It handled great. A few days later Omar delivered the car to my house. Best car buying experience ever! More

I have a surprise for you! I brought in my 2004 XJ8 for service on Thursday August 31st. Rick Anderson, my service writer, told me they wouldn't get to is today, but fixed me up I brought in my 2004 XJ8 for service on Thursday August 31st. Rick Anderson, my service writer, told me they wouldn't get to is today, but fixed me up with a loaner at Enterprise Rent a Car.. Two days later Rick fixed me up with a new XE for the weekend. On Wednesday Rick called me telling me my car is ready and that I have a surprise for you. The surprise was Rick had my car detailed inside and out. It looked like a brand new car! It was beautiful. Exceptional Customer Service from first contact to delivery This is my 3rd purchase for a Jaguar in 15 years from this location. I commute from Tarpon Springs. This exploring turned buying experience was as a result of a great product and finding the style I was looking for. Matt Taneja was our first contact when he greeted my son and I in the car lot. His personality and charm is unbelievable. Matt explained all features and was instrumental in finding the car I was looking for, instead of the experience I had with other dealers, trying to sell me what they wanted me to buy. After some hiccups on my part, Rob Wilson put it all together after offering some options. Not once, did Matt or Rob make me feel that my business was not worth pursuing. I am very excited with my new purchase of the XE 35T Premium. 2 days later, Tristan Smith came to my home on a Saturday and gave me a complete tutorial of all the fine features, and set up my phone, emergency call and garage opener. Now I feel comfortable to get on the road and get acquainted with my new baby. I can't stop talking to my family and friends about their great service.
