Ginger Is Amazing!!!! I usually never write reviews but the customer service was so great I had to. I have not been to this dealership in person. I live about 5 hours away. I usually never write reviews but the customer service was so great I had to. I have not been to this dealership in person. I live about 5 hours away. But I called in asking about a Jaguar F-Pace. Ginger Falls helped. And I ended up purchasing the F-Pace. We have been to alot of dealerships and have purchased many high end cars. as of now we have 2 mercedes c63 one of the is 2014 model and other one is 2017 model also have a porche macan. But never had customer service like I did at this dealership. If you come here ask for Ginger. She is amazing when it comes to customer service. She went the next step just to help me surprise my wife with the new Jaguar. Even after I purchased the car she is a phone call away no matter when I call or text. It literally feels like she comes with the car. She even sent us some edible arrangements which was really sweet of her. Thank you Ginger for everything. I will highly recommend this dealership just becuase she works their. Im sure the rest of the staff is friendly just like her. More
