When we first met Ginger, Ginger was an absolute gem in helping us with the decision of our car! We chose the Jaguar F-Pace SUV, 2017 and we love it. When we first met Ginger, she was very welcoming and listened to any inquiries we had about our car needs. She is not only professional and friendly, she is lovely to hang around with. She always helps us with no hesitation and answers our questions to all of her ability! Our test drive of the Jag with us in the car, was utterly wonderful. She was the best person to hang around with and have a fun time while driving this Jag, while still being completely professional and acknowledging any details about the car we didn't know about. We wouldn't have been super convinced to buy this car if it wasn't for Ginger. When looking for our perfect type of F-pace, specifically the color and price, she helped us tremendously in determining the car we would get. She is very skilled as a dealer and assisted us with all of our car needs! More

Omar was I worked with Ginger Falls and Omar Rodriguez for my recent purchase of a Certified Pre-owned Jaguar XF-R Sport. Both of them were fantastic! Omar was a huge help in getting things started for me, and when he was out of the dealership, Ginger stepped in and was not only super helpful and professional, but really went out of her way to present me with several options, all while knowing that the first car I came in to see was THE car for me...and it was. She knew it, even when I was my typical indecisive self. When it came time to pull the trigger, she made the process smooth and seamless, I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour. If you're looking for a new Jaguar, or any pre-owned high line vehicle, I can't recommend Ginger and Omar enough! More

They make you feel like family I have been getting my Jaguar serviced here for the last 4 years and even tho I bought my vehicle in another city due to not living in the area at the I have been getting my Jaguar serviced here for the last 4 years and even tho I bought my vehicle in another city due to not living in the area at the time the service dept always treated me great. They always, offered transportation, returned my car on time, serviced properly and cleaned. The Mgr Karne Cavanaugh is awesome always said hello and remembered my name. Gary Sunley and Rick Anderson my service advisors are great. It was because of the great service in the service dept. I decided to shop for my new Jaguar at Crown. In fact Gary Sunley in service walked me over and introduced me to the sales team of Len Wallace and his partner Matt Tanjea.. Matt and Len were both great, very knowledgeable, friendly, non pushy and passionate about Jaguar. I kept waiting for a surprise or trick that other dealer try and pull but they were very honest and straightforward from the start to the finish. The day of delivery was a delight they spent more time going of everything making sure everything was perfect before I left that day than any other dealer I have experienced and I buy 2 cars every 3 years. This is the first car I have ever leased in 35 years. Michal Niezbecki the assistant general mgr took the time to explain all the fees and costs associated with the great lease deal I got. Honestly everyone I came in contact with at Crown Jaguar was very welcoming every time I walked in the door and took the time to answer any questions when Matt or Len were with a customer. If you are looking for a new or used Jaguar go see Matt or Len at Crown Jaguar you will not be disappointed. I have owned a service business for 26 years and my expectations of honestly and the way I am treated is set very high for who I do business with and everyone involved in the process exceeded my expectations. First visit to Crown Jaguar At Crown Jaguar last Friday, I met with Ginger Falls, , who is employed there. I knew nothing about Jaguar, but Ginger had tons of information about t At Crown Jaguar last Friday, I met with Ginger Falls, , who is employed there. I knew nothing about Jaguar, but Ginger had tons of information about the product and eagerly showed me two reasonably-priced used sedans in the showroom. No question they felt like high quality, beautiful autos! However, I sat in an SUV in the showroom next and I loved it. Not only incredibly gorgeous, it was so easy to get in and out of (I am close to 70). Then, Ginger wanted me to get a feel for the SUV on the road, so she took me for a test drive in a brand new Jaguar F-Pace.Wow! It's amazingly first class all the way and actually fun to drive. Although I am not ready to purchase one right now, I got a great education about Jaguar, and also enjoyed Ginger's pleasant, exuberant personality. No doubt, she will be an asset to Crown Jaguar. Ask her anything, and she will make your visit a very positive one. More

First Year Service I took my XF in for its first year service. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rick Anderson who told me my assigned Service Rep, Gary Sunley, was busy I took my XF in for its first year service.
