Glad we My wife and I noticed Bill's reviews by other clients of Crown Jag, and decided we would contact Bill to pursue our interest in a F-Pace SUV. Glad we did...Bill turned out to be as good or better than his reviews on their web site. Bill put in a lot of work based upon our requests for details on the F-Pace, and he was well prepared when he notified us that he had 'found' our Jag, and scheduled our test ride. We experienced one of the most thorough test rides we had ever had, and at the end of that ride decided to buy the car. I'm not an easy sell, and Bill made it easy. We were also impressed by the Crown Sales Manager, Michal Niezbecki, who was very informative, and patient, in explaining certain elements of our 'deal'. Also, Marc Isreal, F&I Manager, was very responsive to our time crunch, and very supportive in the contracting process. I have to say, I'm accustomed to purchasing high-end automobiles from high quality dealers...however, Crown is shaping up to take the top prize. Really good team...really good buying experience. More
