I rec'd a call over the weekend from Karen Cavanaugh, Crown Service Mgr, that my car computer needed re-programming because my wheels were upgraded, and in haste to meet my time crunch on delivery of the car, was not programmed for those exact wheels. She made the scheduling easy and convenient, so I showed up the next day, and was promptly attended to by Rick Anderson, Service Advisor. In and out promptly as promised. I'm enjoying this experience at Crown...the service-sales teams are very impressive. More

Highly Recommended! My friend and I just stepped out of M5 and M6 BMWs respectively and into two Jaguar. I've been in BMWs for over a decade and I couldn't be happier about the jump. Diana in Sales and Marc in Finance are as good as you could ask for. Besides the fact we obviously love our cars, we also LOVE the customer service here!!! We met Bud Hawkins for the first time almost a year ago when we leased our first Jag. My husbands lease with Lexus was almost up and he thought about BMW. I think he was looking at a BMW M6 or something like that. Well, the customer service there lacked. I reminded him of all the perks of leasing a Jag and how the customer service is amazing! We went to see Bud again. Bud's our Jag guy. He really does make it all about you and your needs. Great experience! From the moment we walked in to Crown Jaguar we felt very important. We were approached pretty quickly by Matt Taneja. He was very personable and ni From the moment we walked in to Crown Jaguar we felt very important. We were approached pretty quickly by Matt Taneja. He was very personable and nice. We ended up taking the Jaguar XE for a test drive with Matt and he was very knowledgeable about the car. When we returned to the dealership he introduced us to his manager Mike Niezbecki who was also very nice and made us feel very comfortable. We decided to lease the car and Matt brought the car and paperwork to me at my home. We had scheduling issues so Matt was kind enough to offer. We went over every detail in the car. Matt wanted me to feel comfortable before he left. Ken Klak called me the day before with all the lease details and was also very kind and personable. I have to say buying a car at Crown Jaguar was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this Dealership and the team of gentleman that helped me decide on the beautiful car I am now driving.
