Outstanding customer service from the moment you walk in I was in for a simple routine oil change and inspection which, as always, was handled promptly and professionally. Gary Sunley is my service advisor I was in for a simple routine oil change and inspection which, as always, was handled promptly and professionally. Gary Sunley is my service advisor and he is always courteous and knowledgeable of my car and anything I ask him about. Regardless of my questions he always has an answer, and he will even take the time to research things in order to make sure he's providing me with the most current and accurate information. For example, while there for my oil change I asked about an InControlPro software update I'd heard about and he advised me that while an update is available now, a second update will become available in the next 30-60 days. Because of his knowledge and advice I was able to avoid making 2 appts for software updates and chose instead to simply wait for another 60 days or so in order to get both updates at the same time.
