They made buying a car enjoyable! Gerardo was great. He spent several hours with me reviewing all of the features of the car and ensuring that I felt comfortable in utilizing all of th Gerardo was great. He spent several hours with me reviewing all of the features of the car and ensuring that I felt comfortable in utilizing all of the insane capabilities that my car has. I feel like I have a new respect for the car itself because I’ve been driving it for the last month and only using the basic “obvious” features. He made the experience fun and if I ever forget how to do anything, he said I can text him! Nate was also wonderful. Once I found the car I wanted I was kind of dreading the next steps of negotiating the cost of the car. We were able to come to an agreeable price and he had me on my way. Last but not least, Joe in finance was extremely helpful in getting me everything I needed to take delivery of the car. He ensured that everything was handled with my tag and title. It was an overall excellent experience and I would definitely with confidence, recommend this dealership and team to anyone! More

Second Happy Ending This is the first time I bought a car twice from the same sales person and dealership. Why? Because it was a pleasure the first time and when I met up with Len Wallace again he was just as gracious and straight forward and spent so much time with me. I imagine Len and the dealership will be my first stop again next time. His assistance throughout the purchasing process and his continued assistance as a Jaguar owner even with the service process has been exceptional. I have recommended him to others who like Jaguars. I felt now pressure, there was no haggling on prices, I paid under value for the car I went to buy. Joe and the dealership, in this experience, was very transparent with how they run their business and I felt it to be very fair. I felt valued as a potential buyer despite the fact I have been stereotyped in other dealerships in the past. Joe made the overall experience, something that’s typically long and dreadful, be something exciting and stress free. It was still time consuming as these things are but I just had a pleasurable time thinking of all the fun I will have in my new car! This is how car buying should be. More

Out of state purchase Made purchase out of state, site unseen. Live in Richmond, VA. I had a lot of anxiety about this. They are one of the few Jaguar dealers that are will Made purchase out of state, site unseen. Live in Richmond, VA. I had a lot of anxiety about this. They are one of the few Jaguar dealers that are willing to sell across the country. Bottom line They offered the best out the door price. No B.S. Joe Mack was awesome to work with. Business dept. was a little slow to respond. If your buying out of state just do your homework about title and taxes. The business dept. handles that here, but it was bit of a shotgun approach, filling out every form and they get rid of what they don't need/use. Not a big deal. Overall would highly recommend purchasing a Jaguar from Joe Mack and this dealership. He was highly professional. He answered every call I made to him on any day of the week or time of day. BUY HERE!!! More
