Gary Sundley - Great Service Experience Just had my Jag F-Pace in for scheduled maintenance for a few small issues. Note that my 2017 F-Pace may be the best automobile I have owned in 45 yea Just had my Jag F-Pace in for scheduled maintenance for a few small issues. Note that my 2017 F-Pace may be the best automobile I have owned in 45 years (former BMW guy). My Service Advisor is Gary Sundley, and he is a pro. He is intuitive, and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle, and makes the process of diagnosis and solution very easy. Also the loaner program is simple, and easy, compared to the BMW process. My 3 visits to the Service Dept at Crown Jag with Gary have always been pleasant, positive experiences. More

Great service I had some issues with my new Jaguar XJL. I had to bring the car in a few times to resolve an ongoing issue. Karen Cavanaugh and Rick Andersen were e I had some issues with my new Jaguar XJL. I had to bring the car in a few times to resolve an ongoing issue. Karen Cavanaugh and Rick Andersen were extremely helpful and apologetic about the situation. Karen and Rick always kept me updated and informed of the progress of the vehicle. I expected that I wou Rick is the most professional service technician I have EVER dealt with. I missed my appointment and phoned in to reschedule. I expected that I would need to wait a day or two. I was pleasantly surprised that Rick offered to call me as soon as another loaner would be available. That was very nice. But not only that, he called within a couple of hours and said I could come in that afternoon. I was amazed. During the service appointment, he took me to my car and showed me the cause of my issues. Then he gave me tips on how to get the most out my car's performance and extend its longevity. Outstanding! He was very professional in setting my expectations on the repair duration and the cost. There were no surprises when I returned to pick up my car. Now that's what I call trustworthy! Thank you Rick ! You made my service appointment a positive experience! More
