Amazing Customer Service I have been a Crown Jaguar customer since 2000 when I purchased the first of 4 Jags I have owned. The customer service in Crown Jaguars service depart I have been a Crown Jaguar customer since 2000 when I purchased the first of 4 Jags I have owned. The customer service in Crown Jaguars service department is above even a 5 star rating. My service Representative, Rick Anderson goes above and beyond my expectations to keep me informed of what is being done to my car. They always provide me with a great loaner car and my car is shining clean when I pick it up. I cannot say enough good things about Crowns Service Department or Rick Anderson.... Mary Harvey More

He is amiable, hands on and gets us in and out of service as quickly as possible, and without fuss!! He constantly keeps us updated as repairs progress while we drink great coffee and eat tasty donuts in the comfortable lounge. At Crown Jaguar buying a car is effortless and actually fun. With many dealers, the courtesies and attention extended during the sale come to an end once you sign the papers. This is definitely not the fun. With many dealers, the courtesies and attention extended during the sale come to an end once you sign the papers. This is definitely not the case at Crown Jaguar. As good as Sales Manager - Michal Niezbecki and his fashionable, knowledgeable and friendly Sales Consultant - William Martin are, the service department takes it up another notch. They are just outstanding in all regards. Rick Anderson in the Service Department is a pleasure to deal with. He promptly returns phone calls or emails. Rick knows Jaguars - his attention to detail is great. For example on my last visit, he noticed a problem on the dash of my 2010 XF. Even driving the car everyday, I had never noticed the issue. His advice on maintenance is always on the money. When you come in to the Service Department, Rick is always sure to tell you about the latest arrivals in the showroom or recent Jaguar developments - it is a very subtle sales pitch but demonstrates that the sales and service departments at Crown Jaguar are a team committed to customer service. The excellent service provided by Rick and the rest of the service department - including the always courteous and smiling Service Cashier Edyta Halprin is one of the main reasons I continue to buy from Crown Jaguar. They know how to take care of their customers!! More
