I have contacted you guys for two weeks on and off making about 5 or even more phone calls begging for help. I don’t have patience anymore you should be reaching out to me instead of me chasing you down every single day since I bought the thing. I will call you tomorrow but this is the last chance I will give being nice before going further than nasty reviews and find a number for an owner or state division that deals with car dealerships.

It has now been over 2 months and I haven't heard anything from you guys about replacing my speaker and fixing my dash. So obviously you guys saying you ordered parts to replace what YOU DAMAGED was a lie. Not to mention FOR THE 3RD TIME my tire pressure monitor sensor has become faulty again! At this point it's costing me unnecessary money dealing with Land Rover Jaguar of Troy service department. I would 100% rather pay out of pocket than to keep expecting you guys to do your job correctly and responsibly. Thanks for nothing and wasting my time and money. I'll be sure to express the lack of concern this service department holds on many other reviews. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
