Arthur Petrosyan was our salesman and we were given 30 day temporary tag and with all the reminders, calls and emails, our temporary tag expired- we were told it was just ok. I asked for another temporary day temporary tag and with all the reminders, calls and emails, our temporary tag expired- we were told it was just ok. I asked for another temporary tag to be sent but Arthur stopped responding- text, email etc. I will never go back or recommend this dealership to anyone. Very poor service especially for a Land Rover !!! More

Initial visit and interaction went well prior to purchasing a vehicle. After the purchase was completed, we had nothing but problems with sales as they couldn’t be bothered to return a phone call. We noticed many problems with the vehicle and they had excuses for many of the problems we found. We were led to believe we had a better warranty coverage and a maintenance service contract, which turned out to be a lie. Less then a month later we have spent thousands of dollars to get the vehicle up-to-date. The sales associate tried to help us, but was quickly turned down by management. Service and parts have been great to us, but would not recommend sales. More
