I had an appointment for routine maintenance on June 28, 2024. However, while driving to the dealership, I experienced a warning indicator light and eventually asked to have that checked as well. But when checking in with BJ Alger, he also discovered my vehicle had a recall issue to address and resolve. I had planned to stay at the dealership for my scheduled maintenance but realized the service would now take longer than I had anticipated. As a result, BJ quickly arranged for my transportation back to my residence. He also stayed in touch with updates to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. BJ was very professional and extremely helpful with my situation. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. More
