Simple Process in Leasing Our First Land Rover I did some research on the vehicle and located it in the Mission Viejo Land Rover's inventory. I emailed the general sales manager, who then put me i I did some research on the vehicle and located it in the Mission Viejo Land Rover's inventory. I emailed the general sales manager, who then put me in contact with Brian Cameron. He was professional, prompt in responding and was very easy to work with. I would personally come back to Brian and Mission Viejo Land Rover again. My only constructive feedback would be to ensure that the customers name is correctly spelled before showing all the paperwork. In reviewing my first document, my last name was spelled incorrectly. Additionally, the lease documents showed 30 cents per excess mile, when the deal was for 15 cents. These two hiccups cause a 10 minute delay which was not a big deal, but from a customer experience perspective, it should have been avoided. More

Great Experience & Friendly Staff! Have been shopping around various Land Rover dealerships for a "lease special" and glad I came to right place! Earlier in the day we had visited Land Rover Miramar, which was just a waste of time. As I was sitting at the Miramar dealership I searched online and found the vehicle I wanted at Mission Viejo and immediately left Miramar and drove up to work out a deal. We worked with Austin Burke as our sale associate who was absolutely fantastic and worked out a deal for us that fit within our price point. Austin is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and cares about his customers. It was a pleasure working with him. In addition to Austin, the entire staff is friendly with no sales pressure, including the sale manager Adam, and finance manager KO. The entire process was smooth and easy and the whole team stayed after closing hours to finalize all the paperwork and detail the car for us to take home that night! Austin Burke was fabulous to work with in sales. We had a great experience from sales (Austin), to finance (Pablo), to service (Mark). This is very important to me and it is my hope that Mission Viejo Land Rover/Jaguar will adopt this policy. FIVE STAR SUPERIOR EXPERIENCE Friday the 13th was my LICKY DAY! I have an exemplary experience with the team at Mission Viejo Jaguar! The GM Scott responded promptly to my email in Friday the 13th was my LICKY DAY! I have an exemplary experience with the team at Mission Viejo Jaguar! The GM Scott responded promptly to my email inquiry and put me in the capable hands of Adam the Sales Manager to get my no haggle incredible deal done on a 2019 iPace HSE. Among their massive inventory , they had my hard to find desired color combination of Fuji White with Mars Red Interior. I live in LA and Scott even offered to send a Lyft for me. Adam who was also professional and gracious affirmed my deal and being respectful of my time , promised a sign and drive experience upon my arrival to the dealership. He then E intro'd me to John as my personal sales rep .John immediately responded with his personal cell and worked tirelessly to ensure I would have a sign and drive experience. Upon my arrival, he knew who I was and welcomed me at the door and escorted me to his desk where my car's keys , temp license and manuals were waiting. During my ride down he got me set up on the iControl App . Adam welcomes me shortly thereafter introduced and wanted to ensure John was taking good care of me . Before I could take my first sip of the refreshing ice cold water John so graciously had for me on this hot September day, Kao the finance manager, introduced himself and said I have your paperwork ready to go! Kao was equally as pleasant gracious and our process was quick and seamless! I returned to John who not only had my car detailed , fully charged and my iControl account all set up but also patiently and meticulously walked me through all the features of my new 2019 I PACE EV! My entire experience was SUPERIOR and the entire Mission Viejo Jaguar Team is FIVE STAR.
