Recently purchased 2018 xjl portfolio, under original manufacturer warranty. Upon delivery I noticed that the paint on both rear window pillars and side window pillars was oxidizing really bad. Paint i manufacturer warranty. Upon delivery I noticed that the paint on both rear window pillars and side window pillars was oxidizing really bad. Paint is under warranty so called dealership in little rock. Couldn't get appointment for about three weeks and they refused to provide a loaner car. This is insane. I've purchased many cars in my life and always got a loaner car when repair was under warranty. I guess I'm supposed to rent a car on my own money? What's the point of the warranty? I regret buying a jaguar if this is the quality of service I'm getting from this dealer. Very disappointed. More
