The service department it’s not good at all. I went for my fist service since I bought my F-type and it felt like I owned a Kia Soul. As much as the brand wants to be known as a “luxury” brand it really is my fist service since I bought my F-type and it felt like I owned a Kia Soul. As much as the brand wants to be known as a “luxury” brand it really is not. Jaguar of Palm Beach doesn’t even give you a loaner.. you have to wait to be picked up by, the driven to a “mom & pop” rental car place (can’t remember the name), you then give them a deposit for the rental, review the rental to make sure it does/doesn’t have scratches, then take off. By the time you get the “rental” so much time has passed, it’s almost time to return it. Once I came back to get my car back from Service, I realized one of my “all weather” mats was missing so I told Mike (Service guy). He looked for it, couldn’t find it so he ordered me new ones… when they arrived at my house (a week later) they were not all weathered, they were the cheapest ones they could find. I communicated, yet again, with Mike and by the next day THEY FOUND MY MISSING mat. That’s when I decided to email Mike (service guy) & Brian (service manager) explaining as nicely as I could why was my experience disappointing and see what we could do to fix it, for future visits. That was about 6 weeks ago and I haven’t even heard back from Brian the manager. The place looked and service experience was cheap, careless and no regards for my time, instead of resolving my problem, they created many more. I’m supremely disappointed and I am thinking of selling my F-Type just 5 months after buying it. More
