My Sales Specialist, Jumo Smikle did everything possible to make me comfortable with the transaction. He showed me many cars that fit my needs and delivered my dream car at the right price. When I went to the finance office to finalize the deal with the Finance Manager, Britt Henriksen, there we no games and everything was explained very clearly. Service is Horrible After owning 7 Jaguars, servicing 5 at this particular dealership, and purchasing 2 I would firmly have service on my side. Not the case. Instead I have a condescending service manager who actively makes the case to both me and corporate that a seat can wear out in 2 years and 12,000 miles on an $80,000 car. This is a shameful act of poor customer service and I'm done wasting my money with these folks. More

All of the preliminary details were handled via the phone with our sales associate, Lance Pain. All of the paperwork was in order and ready upon our arrival. Our trade in was immediately attended to and the presentation of our new car was nothing short of spectacular. Lance gave us a complete tour of the dealership and went through a comprehensive demonstration of all of the features of our new car. We trailered our new car home and Lance was a huge help in getting the car loaded and secured. That is over and above service in my book. I highly recommend Jaguar Palm Beach and would definetely purchase from them again. More
