Another excellent interaction I have been working with Armand Compani since purchasing my F-Type from the dealership. Being used it had a few minor issues with the trim inside get I have been working with Armand Compani since purchasing my F-Type from the dealership. Being used it had a few minor issues with the trim inside getting sticky. Armand assisted me with my final trim replacements utilizing Jaguar corporate helpline. They approved the recommendation made by Armand and agreed to pay 90% of the replacement costs. The dealer picked up the remaining 10% and unexpected perk, but par for this dealer and my service representative. More

While it is too soon to evaluate the vehicle itself or the quality of their service dept., I can say without reservation that the buying experience was outstanding. Eric Valentin was our sales consultant. Eric spent an inordinate amount of time with my wife and I test driving various cars and providing a thorough and understandable explanation of the vehicles features. Once we settled on the specific car the expected "haggling" over price was virtually instantaneous.
