This was the first Land Rover vehicle my wife and I every purchased and only our second car purchase overall. Rusty Johnsen was incredibly helpful during the entire process, as well. He took us through the entire car until we were comfortable with how everything worked. He then called us two days later to make sure we did not have any questions or concern. When we brought the car back a week later to have a navigation system installed (we wanted to wait before making this decision), Rusty made sure that the car was brought back to us without us having to go pick it up. Sherman Smith worked on arranging all aspects of finance, and registration and made the whole process very smooth. Our vehicle was delivered on time, and was ready for pick-up on the agreed day. We received excellent guidance on the day of pick-up regarding all the vehicle features, and even treated to a spin on the off road course, and were very impressed with Tim's driving skills! Overall, we found the staff at Peabody Land Rover friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and we would recommend them to others for that reason and are deserving of a good rating.
