The purchasing process was very smooth, mainly because of BiBi's honesty and transparency. Bibi took my offer over to Shaun who was just as awesome. He wasted no time getting it approved, and most importantly didn't try to sneak any extra charges in. Once the deal was approved, I was directed to Shannon's office in finance, to finalize everything. She was just as polite and courteous, and had me out in my new (preowned) vehicle without delay. Had a LOT of problems and complaints buying a used car from this dealership and then getting repairs done under warranty. Two staff were fired within 10 days and the ball was dropped.
