I inquired about a car that I saw online and Bryan Miller sent me an ema This experience was my first with Jaguar and I am so happy with my purchase! I inquired about a car that I saw online and Bryan Miller sent me an email offering assistance without any pressure. I decided to stop by while I was in the area and was met by his teammate Taga Sickler, who promptly stepped in to assist me while Bryan was tied up.He was extremely knowledgeable and being in sales myself this was the first time I have ever had anyone ask me “what are your must haves and your wants” this was a huge time saver for me. We were actually able to determine the car I originally inquire about was not meant for me. He chose two cars based on my needs and took me for a test drive. As soon as Bryan was free he came to check in on me and relieved Taga. At the end of the test drive he knew I would be looking at other cars and dealerships and offered to come in on a Sunday to meet me and to at least give me an estimate for my trade in. Taga offered to come in and assist today as he had other appointments scheduled. He worked with me on a price that worked for both of us and my new car is now resting in my garage ! Paperwork was quick and easy Taga rolled out the red carpet showing me all the fancy bells and whistles on my car and changed the plates. I even got a follow up from Bryan sending me congrats on my new purchase ! Talk about team work here ! Thank you so much More
