I booked my new range rover sport in for ceramic coating. The process takes 2 days. They gave me a really nice Discovery loaner to drive while my car was being treated. Within 4 hours of dropping my car of The process takes 2 days. They gave me a really nice Discovery loaner to drive while my car was being treated. Within 4 hours of dropping my car off, I get a call from the service dept to say my car is ready for pick up. When I question the timing of 4 hours vs 2 days, I am told that it must have been done as soon as it was delivered. Fortunately, I did not pick it up that day because I received an email the following morning informing me that my car was scheduled at 8am to have the ceramic coating done and that it would be a 10 hour process. The next day I called the service department around 2pm to ask if my car was ready for pick up, they said yes. When I got there, my car was waiting by the service area covered in thick dust. When I mentioned this to the service guy, he replied that he wasnt surprised as it had been sitting out there waiting for me to pick it up for 2 days! I was so shocked by the lack of care and customer service, I didn't say anything. My husband was fuming when I drove it home and showed it to him. I'm not 100% sure the car even got the coating we paid for. More
